Micoofy.com is still one of my favorite blogs to run out of my 3. It has been quite a while since my last visit to the parks. Last visit was around Halloween time in 2009. It didn't go anywhere in terms of Disney theme parks in 2010 and I'm finally going back to WDW this Halloween in 2011.
Fuck I use to go every year, at least twice a year. But the job market bullshit, working 2 part time jobs for most of 2010, then finally getting a solid well paying job with health benefits and then finally being able to plan and book some WDW trips for 2011.
I was originally planning on going during August for the Summer Nightastic thing that I missed 2 years in a row and what do I find.. no plans of it returning this year. Disneyland has Summer Soundsational thing and I almost planned for a trip there but then figured I will always get more for my money when I look into WDW trips. Disneyland is just too damn expensive. I'll visit when all the new shit has been put in place. World of Color is the biggest draw but I'm content without seeing it for awhile.
My 2 trips this year are planned for Holiday themes, you know, since I'm such a holiday addict. First one is a big family trip planned during HALLOWEEN! I can't wait to go on Halloween night all over again inside the Magic Kingdom. Disneyland just can't beat that, Halloween with Cinderella's Castle.
Then my next trip will be for New Year's Eve. Hopefully that won't get fucked with by family drama. The trip to Halloween already has family drama. Money always the fucking issue. It's like everyone wants to go but doesn't want to pay any money. I have to literally yank it from their hand to put towards the trip.
I just hope and wish on a star that this year will go smoothly enough that my entire family can go at once to the parks. It's always been some here and there in previous trips but not everyone together, some it being their first time. Love traveling with first timers.
So anyways, expect hopefully some new life to put into Micoofy.com over the summer.
