Animal Kingdom's Expedition Everest has what many rides don't. A Single Rider Line!!! What is this you ask? It's the best thing in the whole wide theme park world. If you and your friends don't have all the time in the world then you all head to the Single Rider Line of Everest and get on the ride in little to no wait! Maybe you'll be scattered in various seats on the same train or maybe you'll be on different trains but nonetheless you'll be on your way to see that super cute huggable lovable Yeti.
Look for the sign and if you don't see it, ask an employee where the line is or if it is open. It isn't open everyday and there are some times during the day that they close the line but it is only temporarily.
On your next trip to Walt Disney World's Animal Kingdom, make sure you and your party are on the look out for this fishing scene that features various characters from Disney animation. Can you believe that I missed this great fun scene on my first 2 trips to Animal Kingdom!?!? It wasn't until this most recent trip in December that I finally discovered this scene. Look for it because if you're in a hurry... well, you'll miss it!
Recently Walt Disney World's Animal Kingdom put an end to its stage show, Tarzan Rocks. It was also announced that another show will be replacing it by the end of this year. Finding Nemo: The Musical. A stage show similiar to that of MGM Studio's Voyage of the Little Mermaid where the use of puppets, stage effects and lighting will bring you a show unlike any you've ever seen... at Animal Kingdom.
Pictured above is one of the Tarzan performers during the seven year run. He's quite leaner than the one I saw last December so expect to see him as well as other Vintage Tarzan posts in the coming weeks.
But don't worry fans of Tarzan Rocks, Disney has transformed the story of Tarzan into a stage musical set to debut worldwide on May 10th.
