Always Travel With A LightWeight Bag In The Magic Kingdom

If the kingdom experiences rain then do make the best of it. Think of it this way, there are more days in the year when it doesn't rain at Walt Disney World so when a day comes along on your trip that brings rain... well, you and your friends/family will get a rather unique experience worth laughing about for years to come. Remember, find the brighters side of a rainy situation.

The new parade at the Magic Kingdom is now known as Disney Dreams Come True Parade. The parade featured in the video above was known as the Share A Dream Come True Parade. They removed the globes and changed the music for this new parade to be featured within The Year of a Million Dreams 15 month long campaign.
So far I'm not a fan of the new music selection for the new parade this year but maybe after sitting among the crowd in Main Street... well maybe this new parade soundtrack will tug on my emotional strings... MAYBE.
Gosh golly gee wiz, now I'm sounding like all those unhappy Disney Park APer's who just can't be happy with what's presented to them.
At least we have something going down Main Street that will please 9 out of 10 people.

During my trip to Walt Disney World this October I'll be encountering the Headless Horseman on 2 nights during Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party. He comes just before Mickey's Not So Scary Parade and rides by so quick that most people usually miss the chance to photograph him.
You have a better chance of capturing him as a keepsake if you have your video camera on stand by, ready to start filming at a flip of a switch. You'll hear him coming, either by an announcement or the people screaming just down the parade route. He is quite a scary sight even though he's meant to be harmless.
Fun trick for your viewing family members is to hold the camera up as it records the crowd anticipating his arrival. Shake the camera slightly as if you're hands are quivering. Ask your friends and family member if they're scared- Yes I know this sounds chessy but when you watch the video later it becomes more "good times" rather than waiting... and waiting... and waiting for the Headless Horseman.

I love how YouTube has reformated their videos to play just like Google. Now you, the Micoofy.com visitor, can full screen this page, click both to play, turn down the volume of one while you watch both play at once. It's very eye pleasing and worth your Disney time. Enjoy!
